Kirsten Judd,
MBA
Executive Director
Ms. Judd had a vision to create a treatment center for professionals where they could get superior evaluation and treatment for a multitude of behavioral problems in a setting where they could be independent and autonomous. After working in business development positions with both medical/surgical and psychiatric hospitals, Ms. Judd cofounded the Professional Renewal Center® in February 2000. PRC® filled a void in the provision of intensive outpatient care specifically for professionals. As Executive Director, Ms. Judd oversees client admissions, strategic business development, corporate finance, and administrative clinical coordination. Ms. Judd's passion for uncompromising quality has helped PRC® become an internationally known assessment and treatment program.
Prior to cofounding PRC®, Ms. Judd owned and operated a graphic design/business development firm, Envision, dedicated to working primarily with healthcare organizations across the US. She was key in promoting programs devoted to addiction, trauma recovery, professionals in crisis, children's psychiatric services, and health education.
Her career of business ownership, managerial, and administrative responsibilities makes her an efficient and conscientious executive of this unique facility. She is committed to being responsive to both client and referral source needs in order to strengthen the professional community as a whole. Ms. Judd is a member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators and is pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
